LEGAL FIGHTING FUND

On Tuesday 24 September 2002, Australian Silicon Ltd announced that
the Charcoal Plant at Mogo would not go ahead.

Thank you all for your generous donations. Due to the announcement by Australian Silicon, the legal case terminates.

There are a number of issues that require finalising by your Charcoalition Committee, including decisions regarding the dispersement of funds that remain in the Legal Fighting Fund after payment of outstanding accounts.
