10 May 2002 You will have read in other articles that the Eurobodalla Shire Council will appeal against the decision by the Carr Government if the community decides. Meanwhile, The Coastwatchers Association Inc.
Charcoalition will be lodging a separate appeal to the Land
& Environment Court that will be funded by donations from
the community to "The Coastwatchers Charcoalition legal
fighting fund". There have been many generous donations
already but the community and businesses need to dig deep into
their pockets and continue to donate to this fund at any IMB
